…presumably because of reports like this: honestly, I don’t think that there’s been anything new since I commented on it last time. The story first broke in January, and doesn’t seem to have changed.

I’ve heard that one passinger is going to sue Canada because of this. After all it was their geese the caused the crash.
The good news is that most of the people who were in the plane are fully clued-in about the fact that they are luckier than anybody has a right to be, but still.
