This is not a reassuring Star Trek trailer at all. Unlike Allahpundit, I was not distressed at the last one, but this particular trailer suggests a backstory that is, well, nonsense.

I am not going to be happy if this is not worth my time.

  2. I’m going to see it for one reason. Simon Pegg is Mr. Scott. Otherwise I wait for the home video.

  3. Dirty Harry pegged it on his old blog. Does Hollywood not have any actors that are able to produce testosterone in more than scant quantities? Simon Pegg is the only young man on that set. The rest are hair gel metrosexual nancy boys.
