In no particular order:
- I cannot shoot worth a damn. Good thing that I’m playing an Adept, because she sucks at actually hitting anything with a gun.
- I hate those matching hack/bypass minigames, and am totally ready to get a hack or bypass that eliminates them from the game.
- I have been spoiled by the DLC interface for Dragon Age: Origins. I know that I have DLC available for Mass Effect 2; I just can’t figure out where to find it.

You mean you can’t figure out how to download it, or access it in game?
Yes.
First step is you are going to need an account at social.bioware.com to either buy DLC or to redeem your code (which you should have if you bought new) for the Cerberus network, which gives you the free stuff.
Once you have downloaded it, it’s all available in game instantly (though you will have to travel to various spots for most (all?) of it).
