I understand why Allahpundit’s weary of the dirty little filthy-mouthed misogynist and his equally dirty enablers, but there are three good reasons why Maher’s antics need to be smacked at every time he opens his woman-fearing mouth:
- What Bill Maher does is wrong.
- If you don’t make it clear that Maher is not operating in a manner compatible with a civilized human being, he’ll get worse.
- If the aforementioned enablers (ex: NOW, or the rest of the Activist Left) don’t like being held to their own – loudly screamed – standards, then they should learn to shut up at lesser offenses than Maher’s, the hypocritical suckweasels.
I think that this covers it.

Understand, however, that the MSM will NOT hold him to account, except for the people on FOX, because they AGREE with him about Palin and other conservative women. They are quite willing to allow Maher’s language to gain currency among the general public if that means that Palin’s career, as well as that of other conservative women, can be cut short by ridicule.
There are way too many Movement Conservatives who have yet to pick up on Alinsky. That’s what this is.
I wouldn’t go that far, Moe, you’re insulting perfectly good scum by comparing it to Maher.
What’s worse is he isn’t even funny. He can be either vulgar and funny; or not vulgar and funny, and he is neither. He’s just an arrested adolescent saying things that would be embarrassing in a high school locker room.
