Well, that was shockingly useful of it.
I mention this because I go off on this thing often enough that I need to credit it when the iPad2 saves my butt on something. Which the GPS just did.

Moe, it’ll work even better if you invest in the Bad Elf GPS unit. Plugs into the bottom of the iPad. I use one for flying. Makes the iPad a pretty good GPS aviation navigator. Oh, and you can get it through Amazon.
