1. Apparently, those Foodies have never read Wickard v Filburn. Which dates back to 1942.
2. Frankly, if you’re going to cite Roe v Wade as part of your legal strategy when it comes to the ability for the farmer to sell direct to the consumer, then you DESERVE Judge Fiedler’s missives.
