Loading up the iPod.
Pretty Good Year, Tori Amos
“Loading up the iPod.”
BG5: There was communication with my wife, who realized that: a, the iPod we were using in the car for long trips was rapidly giving up the ghost; and b, she could throw a godawful number of songs on a new one, too.
Moe: Still doesn’t explain Tori Amos. Is this what happens when you get married?
Twenty years ago Tori Amos was a bit of an obsession for my local circle of friends. Besides, my taste in music is very eclectic, and is in fact very indy. Just not the indy of the hipsters. 🙂
Any woman who can take “Smells Like Teen Spirit” and turn it into a piano ballad is OK in my books.
I guess I will just never understand Indy.
Dude. Listen to me.
