Oh, hey, another non-binding caucus today.

Washington state’s. It’s not binding, no delegates will be assigned, and only one candidate is going to be in-state for them (the rest are in Ohio). And, oh, yes: Washington went 58% for Obama and 53% for Kerry.

So why did we have them this early, again?

  1. Understand that Romney on the ballot here in Washington is very important for our governor’s race. We need Romney here to offset Obama’s down-ballot effect — McKenna could be our first R gov in a VERY long time. Trust me, we need it.
