After reading it… if Paul Clement manages to get the Supreme Court to simply just kill Obamacare outright, no excuses, no saving throw, well. We’re going to have one HECK of a confirmation fight in a few years.

I don’t think you understood what Moe Lane is saying. If this is overturn, Clemen will be the next Republican President’s short list for Supreme Court nomimee.
Wasn’t Clement on the short list already for both the Roberts and Alito picks? Anyways, I whole-heartedly would rejoice with Hallelujahs if President Romney nominated Paul Clement to the Supreme Court, especially to replace a liberal Justice.
