#rsrh I join Ed Driscoll in rolling my eyes at the Hill’s pundit welfare program.

Ed Driscoll is a little perturbed that the Hill is publishing pap:

I tend to think of The Hill as being establishment liberal, but sane. Until I start reading headlines there such as this: “Five conservative Supreme Court men join Mitt Romney, Paul Ryan, John Boehner and Ron Paul in the war against women.” It sits atop a post by Brent Budowsky, a former aide to dinosaur liberals such as Lloyd Bentsen and Birch Bayh, and you can just see the flecks of spittle flying into his computer monitor — and then fill-in the words that are missing…

Ehh, Ed, it’s just Budowsky. I assume that he owes somebody at the Hill a favor. Or perhaps it’s just pity on their part; it’s not like the guy can find work anywhere else.

Since Brent Budowsky is also probably one of those guys who obsessively goes through the Internet looking for references to himself*, let me take this time to point out also that Ayn Rand was a woman, Sparky; that you’re not particularly initiating discussions with your column; and that if you want me to address your nonsensical belief that the GOP is in the middle of some sort of “war on women” then you can first drop $250 in my PayPal account.

Because my time is valuable.
