Dear God, but those employment numbers are bad.

I’m not in a good situation this morning to do much in the way of blogging, but: hoo, boy, that was not a good BLS report. The anemic job growth coupled with the rise in long-term unemployment… yipe.

  1. The numbers are not just bad, they are flaming skull bad. Hell, there is not a word(s) out there to desribed how bad those numbers are… (looks around) …for Obama.

  2. I’m sure this is all the rethuglican’s fault for . . . um. . . not wanting to spend another $1,000,000,000,000 on stimulus like Krugman says we must. yeah, that’s it. They obviously want the economy to fail so they are stopping us from stealing from our great-great-great grandkids. insidious.

In all seriousness, this is terrible news. I don’t care who get’s the credit, I want a healthy economy.

You know if Romney does win and the economy turns around, the media will claim that it was Obama policies that finally worked, alas too late for poor Obama. Just as they blame Bush for our current economy.
