It pretty much has nothing to do with anything else, except that it’s (starting at 1:19) the best damn scene in the movie. Which is all the excuse that I need.

Saw GQ as part of a double feature with “Trekkies”. For a film that basically follows the plot of a DuckTales episode, it is alarmingly good.
Watching the life drain out of Rickman’s face as chokes on “What a savings” is pure comedy gold. Gets me every, damn, time.
This movie keeps the whole even/odd trek theory going
I kinda lean towards the sentiment given in the update. I expect things will get bad — maybe real bad — before we wise up and throw off the idiots.
The last part doesn’t work well without the first part.
