Are you… BRAVE… enough to deep-fry a turkey?

I know what the goal here was, but I think that they just made deep turkey fryers look extreme.

And that’s not as negative an adjective, these days.

Yeah, the do try to make it seem more extreme than it actually is. The solution to overflowing oil is to simply submerge the turkey in water in the fryer beforehand to determine the proper level of oil necessary.

Also, keep your kids away from the fryer.

Apparently people who UL electricians work for or with are not good with flammables. Point taken. Deep fried turkey taste good.

I like the part when he says “are we ready with our partially frozen turkey? Yeah, frozen water and hot oil, not good. At the end he forgot to tell people not to use frozen turkeys.

My family has deep-fry a turkey five years running and not once have had an issue. Because, you know, we are not idiots. This video would have been better if they explain safty tips, instead of just being jerks. I rarely give a video a tumbs down, but I I did for this video.

The kids always get such a kick out of it when I do this.
