Governor Cuomo did this epically, admitting that the restrictions on magazine possession that he pushed through and signed into law earlier in the year are too flawed to exist, and need to be repealed.

It is even worse than you think. The 1911, one of the most popular handguns in the US, uses a standard 7 round magazine (you can also get 8, 10, and 15 round versions).
So, New York requires everyone to buy magazines that do not exist while Colorado outlaws every magazine that does exist.
Are these two governors vying for head of the EPA?
