I just don’t know why. So far Not for Turning: The Life of Margaret Thatcher is a sympathetic but by no means hagiographic (is that a word?) look at the former Prime Minister; I’m pleased to be reading it, but if the whole point of them sending me a copy was to get a few lines of social media and maybe a review out of it… well, OK, but I’m not sure just how many units this sort of strategy moves.
Still, it’s a pretty good book so far. Comes out on this side of the pond on September 24th.
