Tweet of the Day, This BTW Means That Andrew Cuomo Won’t Be Running For President edition.

This is one of the better Photoshops that I’ve seen:

Background at the link: suffice it to say that Andrew Cuomo said something very, very politically stupid about pro-lifers Friday, and while it may or may not actually keep him from being re-elected this year it will be an albatross around his neck in 2016, as well as any hypothetical federal appointments down the line. Or, ooh, maybe he’ll get tagged in for the 2016 Veep nomination! That’d be sweet.

So sad to see the rot inherent in the Dem so-called “presidential timber” on display like this ..

Do you think that this will be permanently attached to him? I doubt it, just like the MSM holds up Wendy Davis as a proud figure, they will state that using this quote against Cuomo means your antiwoman.

As Midwest notes below, it .. sets a tone. I expect it to get brought up by opponents if he tries to “evolve” on the issue.

I do expect to see the MSM in full “anti-woman” mode .. they’re very into recycling, and they think going anti-woman crushed Akin and Mourdock last time.
      .
Any GOP hopeful (or staffer thereof) reading this who does not have a workable “pro-woman” reply to the standard MSM/Dem questions should quit (or encourage the boss to do so .. or look for another campaign) now and save the rest of us the drama.

I think a workable reply could start with “treating the opposition as if they were (Not very bright) children” and break out the scathing contempt. Once that’s established, the candidate can go on explaining their view.

I saw that picture last week and thought that it was real.

Not just pro-lifers, but also 2nd Amendment supporters and pro-traditional marriage ( he could’ve gotten away with the last one, but not the first two)

So first O’Malley, then Schweitzer, and now Cuomo
