I tend not to make books like ‘Clinton Cash’ the Book of the Week.

Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich is clearly overtly political, and it’s going to be controversial.  But dear GOD but it’s already making Team Hillary bubble and fizz like a Mentos tossed into a Diet Coke bottle.  I will be fascinated to see what happens when the actual book comes out…

  1. Most of the political Left is terrified of Hillary. But outside of a few crazy cat ladies, they don’t love her. Or even like her.
If some nobody on the right can knock her off, it means they don’t have to deal with her.
Plus they get to use her as a martyr against that whole “free speech” thing they loathe so much. (Even if she declares that she feels happy, and that she thinks she’ll go for a walk*.)

    1. gotta quibble here… there are a LOT of women who feel dumped on by the men in their life, and Hillary can easily serve as a way for them to get some of that out of their system.

      1. I guess you could fairly say that “women who fell they’ve been victimized” is a large tribe in the identity politics of the left. They’ll support whoever the democrats run, so long as they don’t feel victimized by the candidate. If the candidate attacks their standard bearer, they’ll take offence and stay home.
But shrill harrigans aren’t all that big an electoral draw. Most dems would be happy if someone else knocked her off.
