1. Really.
   When I heard the ‘slasher creepy girl-friend song’ in the early 1990’s my thought was “If a guy sang this there would be so many restraining orders issued his concert tour would have been held in his basement.”
   But then, equality is merely a step on the road to primacy.

   1. And that song was about the “funny” one from Full House…

2. Alanis kind of ended up succumbing to what I call Boston syndrome (named after the band, not the town): one good album and never able to reach that height again.

3. Alanis Morissette’s voice sounds like a cat being accidentally castrated. If she and Axl from Guns ‘n’ Roses ever toured together, I think I’d go deaf.

   But to each their own.
