Beau Biden is pretty tragic, in terms of political future cut short. The guy was probably a shoe-in for Governor of Delaware, and from there probably President.
As far as Joe, no, Joe’s done, he didn’t have a chance in 08 and he has no chance now.
the reality is that no matter what you think of him Biden is probably the least objectionable Democrat out there, the least wrong and yes that’s scary, but if you want a Democrat who might be halfway competent and not a total crook if the GOP did screw up, he’s it.
I’d rather have Jim Webb, if it came to that.
The hilarious part is that The Hill actually thinks the Democrats have four credible candidates.
