  1. I had this song running through my head (earworm) the entire time I was in Navy boot camp.
    .
 I dunno why, it was just there.

  2. It’s got a nice beat, but you can’t dance to it.

    Yes you can!

It’s good all the way through to the end … and then it’s GREAT.

Whatever else people may say about Fox, it put the Tracey Ullman Show on the air. (And because of her, The Simpsons, too.)

According to the comments: This sketch first aired on the Fox network October 11, 1987. In addition to Tracey’s regulars, Julie Kavner and Dan Castellaneta, the featured ‘strangers’ are members of The Tokens, known for “The Lion Sleeps Tonight”: Phil Margo and Mitch Margo (both original members), Norman Bergen, and Dennis Marcellino; also Rose Banks of Sly & The Family Stone and Alfie Silas. Written by Marc Flanagan, directed by Sam Simon, now known for The Simpsons.

    1. One of my favorite songs and I have no idea why, but whenever I hear it, the dance moves begin. 😀
