If it were done during a Republican administration, it wouldn’t be the farce that it is. There would have been something substantive in exchange.

I’d have preferred the embassy have opened after a successful invasion and liberation of the island… this is, wrong.
Unless I’m greatly mistaken, this is calibrated to hit one or two Senators rather hard..
