‘Gone Gone Gone (Done Moved On).’

This is almost… Beatles-ish.  The music, I mean. The video, not so much.

I remember seeing the Everly Bros perform this on TV with a frenetic 60’s vibe. Never a fan of the Bros or Rockabilly; however the covers on “Good Rockin’ Tonight: The Legacy of Sun Records” are worth a listen.
    .
The CD was derived from a 2001 PBS American Masters film that explores Sun’s legacy through interviews, archival footage and live studio recordings. Neither the DVD or the CD are still in print but the film can be found in nine parts on Youtube as can many of the musical sets.
    .
What brought it to mind is Plant and Page’s cover of “My Bucket’s Got a Hole In It” (Youtube Part 5 @ 6:06).
    .

This set cooks pretty good as do a few others:

BTW-I much prefer Knopfler and Zuccaro’s cover of “Who Will the Next Fool Be?” (on YT) to Crow’s.
