You don’t need me to tell you the implications of this. My condolences to Justice Antonin Scalia’s family and loved ones. He was a magnificent and eloquent Supreme Court Justice; and he will be missed.

Praying, because that’s all I could think to do. The conservatives in this country are shocked and shattered, and the Left is celebrating with some of the most vile comments imaginable.
God Bless the Scalia family for having shared him with this country all these years.

Folks, if you’re playing a game and your first impulse upon hearing of someone’s death is to rush into trade chat and do a victory lap around his corpse, then there is something seriously broken inside your head.
Ditto.
Sadly, this also means we will probably lose every important pending SC case this year, as our best case scenario for rulings is a 4-4 tie which means the lower court ruling stands.
and I don’t think many of them were cases where the lower court ruling was one we favored.
I think everyone who believes in limited government had a serious “we’re (censored)” moment today.
