I imagine this is a split based primarily on how old one was when they saw Return of the Jedi, but I’ve never understood the animosity towards the Ewoks as characters. Sure, it’s unreasonable to assume that these furry little teddy bears could stand up to a trained unit of Stormtroopers…but my 7 year old brain didn’t think it was all that strange, so I’ve always loved Ewoks.
Did you see the Star Wars voutube video talking about a leaked script for VIII? Some crazy possible spoilers, I won’t leave a link just in case you don’t want to ruin any possible plot lines.
