I lived through the 1974 Super Outbreak of tornadoes where Xenia, Ohio was nearly wiped off the map by an F5, and the entire state of Indiana was put under a tornado warning because there were so many tornadoes on the ground the National Weather Service couldn’t keep track of them all. Seven F5s and twenty-three F4s amongst the 150 tornadoes in 18 hours. So yeah, I take tornado warnings seriously.
