  1. Hmm. It’s not like the guy is a British character at school in Britain. Seems like a very odd international marketing choice.

  2. So now we know why book editors are based in New York City and London?
    .
    Seems to me that most of the world is fairly comfortable with English names. Especially so in Europe.
    So given that the story was explicitly set in Britain, was any of this even vaguely necessary?
