Rhianna Pratchett to adapt the book – and The Wee Free Men is fantastic, if you’ve never read it – and Brian Henson to do the production. Come, I will conceal nothing from you: my reservations about the Jim Henson Company are real, but mostly revolve around things like scripts. Having Pratchett do the adaptation relieves me more than a little, there: this is, after all, her patch. Besides, this project comes with pre-existing goodwill on my part. I’ll give them a fair opportunity to screw it up with their own actions.
Hmm. Two thing I love, yet did not imagine let alone expect ever seeing them together… It might actually not suck.

Sounds like it has amazing potential. I would like to see them cast Bella Ramsey as Tiffany – she plays Lyanna Mormont on Game of Thrones.
I don’t see it being an easy adaptation. At all. But the perfect person is on board to pull it off. And while Brian isn’t Jim, I can’t think of anyone living better suited pulling off the effects.
