Although technically it should be my wife’s 7th Sea Core Rulebook has arrived. After all, this is part and parcel of a fairly elaborate Valentine’s Day/birthday/Christmas present for her. And she’s even playing in a 7th Sea game herself, so she’ll need the rulebook just as much as I would.
Still, she won’t mind if I leaf through it.
That’s the extra-special fancy bound book that came as part of the $1K level tier; I actually would have been fine with the softcover, but swank is swank, I guess. The important thing is that I have it, because I have a game in it to run Saturday and I might even be able to run it even with the sudden drastic curtailment of my kids’ vacation. And so forth.
