Saw this on Facebook just now, and I have to say: if you’re wondering what your ‘trained athlete’ PC is capable of, this is a pretty good approximation. Or at least that’s what you should be telling your GM.  Who knows? He might buy it.

  1. Gah. I remember arguing with players who were *sure* that their characters could more than double Carl Lewis’s record setting long jump. While carrying a weapon, and wearing armor and a backpack.
    .
    Yes, your character has very nice stats. Under the right conditions, and a really good roll, he can approach the best result it is possible for a human to have. But he’s still only human.
