It’s Bill Murray doing the interview of Cubs honcho (I admit I don’t know the exact pecking order, there) Theo Epstein, and it’s being conducted while each man has his own bottle of champagne. Or possibly ‘bottles.’ Either way, it’s hysterical.

Oh, one other note: Theo Epstein is either one of the most skilled baseball managers in living memory (the Red Sox and Cubs both ended their droughts during his tenure), or one of the luckiest. In baseball, either is an intensely-desired quality to have.
I watched that live…it was great. I think one of the commentators said it was the first time they saw one of their reporters drinking on the job…
