Saw this via Facebook. Question: how do you stop a court system from having to regularly pee all over your client because it’s easier at every step to just go through the motions? Answer: you make them stop going through the motions. Kudos to the lawyer to kicking the anthill like this; like others who commented on this, I hope that it won’t bite him on the butt later. I hate it when people get punished for using their powers for good.

It’s a rare gem to find w lawyer who uses their powers for good.
There are good ones out there .. but yeah, most are either chasing money, or screech-harridans.
