Really, this says everything. I can add nothing to this.  It says everything that can be said, particularly the one on the end:

  1. The best thing about Paint: it loads quickly.
    I frequently open pictures with Paint. Simply because they come up in less than half the time of the designated photo viewing program.

    That should really embarrass Microsoft, but somehow, it doesn’t.

    1. Oh, I have it. It’s a good program, I’ve used it a bit, but not enough for it to become intuitive.

      Like I said, MS Paint is useful because it doesn’t take many resources. It lets me view files with a minimum of fuss and bother. I don’t think I’ve used it for anything more intensive than resizing an image for years.

  2. Thanks for the tip. I’m doing photo work for some docs, MSPaint was getting clunky, and the office is too cheap to get Photoshop.

    1. I use GIMP for anytime that I need to do any sort of graphic manipulation. It does take quite a bit of resources and time to load. And no, I don’t feel like paying for photoshop.
