This is alarmingly meta.

Cobra Kai is a series about two people who had their respective moments of glory thirty years ago, but never did much since that point.  That’s a hard burden to bear.  But! Fate has conspired to give them a chance to resolve all of that — and perhaps achieve a kind of closure  — by taking up the old conflict and roles that defined them, very possibly to their detriment.
