I dunno, folks.
I go round and round on this one. It definitely looks awesome. The problem with Vampyr is that I don’t particularly want to go around eating people. Well. Good people. When I played Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines I kept catching myself doing awful, carnivorous things to the vampire hunters, but that was OK because I wasn’t trying to start fights with any of them. Or killing anybody. I just wanted to live in my nice apartment and put art on the wall. This is a bit more bared-fang than I’m entirely personally comfortable with playing, in other words.
It still does look good, though.
