Grilled up a London Broil this afternoon.

I flatter myself that it came out looking rather good.

Used this recipe (Grilled London Broil) with the usual mods.  No garlic, because of my wife’s allergies; and Herbs de Provence seemed like they’d do the job (they did).  And why use vegetable oil on a steak when the olive oil is right there?  The meat came out extremely flavorful, a nice medium rare, and not discouragingly chewy when sliced thinly enough.  The end pieces were chewier than I’d like, but all in all it’s shaping up to be a nice snacking steak while I’m cleaning up the kitchen.  If I had some crusty bread, that would go down a treat…
