…I’m not sure that I want to really check if a Star Wars Stormtrooper movie is real. If it’s real, then I have to deal with the consequences of that. Possibly we could still pretend that it’s not, if it is? Keep it going for as long as possible.

PS: You’re thinking of Troops, probably? — Which needed only ten minutes to make the point, and pretty darn well. Whatever Hollywood comes up with, that’s what it will have to beat. I am not confident in Hollywood’s chances.

Exactly! I’m not saying that they can’t try to do better. I’m saying that if they try, they had BETTER do better.
Sadly, it can’t be real. Remember that all of the side story movies are on hold right now while Disney tries to figure out why Star Wars isn’t pulling in anywhere near as much money as they would like right now.

If they did a movie that bridged the gap between Clone Wars troopers and the Empire I *might* be interested. Except that it could fall into mediocre TLJ or Solo buckets. In which I have deposited monies which could go to other interests.
Besides, the Mouse has me by the long hairs for their Clone Wars new season announcement.
