- Sent out drafts to beta readers.
- Emailed artist about starting the art process.
- Started thinking about having a dedicated bank account for this sort of thing.

Moe: you may want to discuss with your tax accountant as to how to set up anything at this point. A good tax accountant can give you suggestions and tell you what would work best and what would be the requirements. Most people just try to turn their hobbies into a money making enterprise, but set up completely wrong and needs to be fixed later. Bring the tax guy into it up front and you won’t go wrong.
My wife and I have been talking about that, actually. I know somebody who did something similar, and I’ll be asking her about what she did – and wished she had done. Although, to be honest: I’m not expecting this to be an Andy Weir situation right out of the gate. 🙂
