This is from his Vanity Tour a couple of years ago; somebody put together every one of the cover songs Weird Al and his band did at the end of their sets. And, as near as I can tell, Weird Al did this just so you’d know how awesome his band is. Because they can, in point of fact, rock.

As if his band’s chops weren’t obvious enough through the parodies and style paorodies, but yes. He put together a monster of a band and that one of the big reasons he been able to glide through the decades so effortlessly. They can play anything and make it sound authentic.
This will be driving music for the next few weeks.
