AP goes after AP afilliate for using AP’s YouTube channel.

No, really. Despite the fact that putting up your own material on YouTube in embeddable form means that you’re officially OK with letting people embed it. Despite the fact that Google, which owns YouTube, also has an agreement with the AP to republish the AP’s material. There’s still a cease-and-desist letter out. (H/T AoSHQ Headlines, Hot Air)

Delicacy prevents me from explicitly giving my suggestion on why the AP thought that this was a good idea: suffice it to say that said suggestion involves a thumb.
