New Olympus: The Armageddon Girl Companion is, well, the companion volume to Armageddon Girl, the Kickstarter superhero-themed book that I backed (and mini-reviewed) last year. More specifically, New Olympus is a collection of short stories in the same world as the first book: I look forward to reading it, just as soon as the Kindle recharges.

In the mail (and just finished): “Armageddon Girl.”
For those who do not remember, Armageddon Girl is a superhero novel by C.J. Carella that got published via the assistance of Kickstarter. It came in the mail last weekend, and I finally got to read it today. Finished it in one sitting: it’s a good, fast read that draws heavily from the pulp and Silver Age eras in its portrayal of superheroes. If you like the genre, you should like this book; I did.
