Thirty-two percent of the population identifies with the GOP, and if we cut off health care to them, we could probably pay off the deficit in short order.

I like this idea. We just need to let conservatives pay for their own heath care system and let all the liberals get their free heath care but we only pay for ours and they pay for theirs. Once you join one, you can’t use the other. we’ll see which one dies out first.
