OK, those are all reasonably good signs… wait a second: is that Adolf Hitler about to get punched in his own experimental one-man submarine?

My main concern is this quote from the director about the movie: “We’re sort of putting a slightly different spin on Steve Rogers. He’s a guy that wants to serve his country but he’s not a flag-waver. We’re reinterpretating sort of what the comic book version of Steve Rogers was. He wants to serve his country, but he’s not this sort of jingoistic American flag-waver. He’s just a good person.”
Right now, I am quietly betting that the new and “reinterpretated” Captain America will be run through the Super Soldier program by a shadowy cabal of military industrial complex types who hate puppies.
