And, hey, they even linked to RedState!

The Tea Party movement scared Republican members of Congress in 2010 when they mounted primary challenges to several Republican incumbents. The defeat of incumbents like Bob Bennett lent credibility to [RedState’s Erick] Erickson’s threat to recruit primary challengers for Republicans who supported SOPA.

…(Via Instapundit) Admittedly, they don’t mention the site by name, but at least they linked, right?

PS: A quick thought for Hollywood types: you’re in this mess largely because of liberal activism among your celebrities.  Which is to say, you’ve allowed your political positions and alliances to be dictated by a group of people who consider a bachelor’s degree in communications to be evidence of being ‘egghead.’  Mind you, I’m an English major myself, so people might think that I have no room to talk… but still: good God but your average Hollywood A-lister is under-educated.

Ignore me, or not: I can work with it, either way.

  1. I really enjoyed telling the staffer at Blackburn’s office in a matter-of-fact way that Blackburn should know that Erickson would call for a primary challenge of her over SOPA. I didn’t have to get angry or testy. Just firm and concise.

  2. The whole SOPA/PIPA thing seems to have really backfired for the Left a lot of people who don’t pay attention to politics noticed and the Dems really hurt themselves by just brushing off their opposition.

  3. I’m ready to primary BOTH my Republican GA Senators for not being alert enough to notice that I don’t want nice, NE establishment go along, get along senators. SOPA/PIPA was the straw. And not the first, IYKWIMAITYD…
