#rsrh Yet another attempt to brew a Lefty pot of tea.

Via Instapundit: Van Jones is trying to create a genuine imitation artificial left-populist movement again.

[Van] Jones is now attempting to lead a social movement. The Washington Examiner’s Paul Bedard reports today that Jones is launching “an Egypt-styled ‘Arab Spring,'” designed to rally “the 99 percent.”

Hopefully, this time without the rapes and violence*.  Seriously, though: how many of these initiatives by Jones have we seen by now?  There has to be at least a half-dozen of these schemes of his: at what point will Jones confront the possibility that maybe the reason that he and his can’t replicate the Tea Party is because that he and his, well, suck?

*Well, I hope.  I can’t speak for the people who would be planning to attend said “Egypt-styled ‘Arab Spring.'”

  1. No rapes and violence? These are the people who gave us “Occupy”, and they want to emulate an event remarkable for its violence, rape, and Jew-hatred.

  2. Ol’ Van will keep on initiating until the money dries up. As long as whatever-it-is creates a cash flow for him, I’m sure he’ll continue.

  3. This ninny is just one more hustler, but on steroids. But do not fool yourselves into thinking this will end well, or without violence.
Remember Stalin’s remarks about ‘useful idiots’? Also remember the incoherence of OWS in all it’s varied forms and locations. does the Term:*Cannon Fodder* ring a bell, anyone? Cap it off with Mao’s Long March and all It’s Death and misery. Van Jones is a self-declared Communist, and This Is History, being repeated. Period.
