1. To my knowledge, carp size is limited by food supply and the size of the environment, so they could conceivably get much larger than that.

2. Goldfish are a species of carp which means edible if you have good sharp knives for cleaning and fileting. Do it wrong and it becomes one of the worst of Chines Hells. The Hell of Ten Thousands Bones.

3. I’ll guess that they taste like fish.

   1. Sure they don’t taste like chicken?

   2. They taste like mud. All Carp taste like mud, even cooking them in ketchup doesn’t disguise the taste. Needless to say I hate Carp!

      1. A cat that hats fish, odd.

      2. Smoked carp is actually pretty good.

      3. The cleaning instructions mentioned removing the “mud vein”. Probably necessary but may not be enough.
