I think that I saw this film in 2010.
House Minority Whip Steny Hoyer, D-Md., reminded vulnerable Democrats that they can’t “hide” from the Affordable Care Act in the 2014 elections, after a fundraising trip on behalf of one colleague whose allies portrayed her as an Obamacare whistleblower in a recent campaign ad.
“The Affordable Care Act is ours,” Hoyer told the Arizona Republic. “You’re not going to hide. You’re not going to duck. It is ours. We promoted it. We believe in it. Sell it. It is good for the country. It is good for Arizona.”
…only, as the Washington Examiner proceeded to note, Ann Kirkpatrick of Arizona apparently doesn’t think that it’s good for Arizona. Or, at least, she doesn’t think that it’s good enough for Ms. Kirkpatrick to run on (as opposed to run from).
At any rate: I agree with the former House Majority Whip. The Democrats should totally run on Obamacare. Make it a thing.

Steny Hoyer wants to be House Minority Leader, and making it more likely that another loss is hung around Pelosi’ neck while playing the part of dutiful partisan helps accomplish that goal.
Either that or he like the word “former” in his title
My advice to Democrats, is that they take Hoyer’s advice.
