Just not in a fashion that will have your neighbors call the cops.

  1. The Democrats can lawfully remove their loser candidate from the ballot as soon as they can get him to issue a written statement describing exactly why he is utterly unqualified to be a senator. Not be electable is NOT a valid reason.

    Otherwise he will stays on the ballot and the only way they can get the “independent” elected is to tell their voters not to vote straight party ticket.
