…Snow. Oh, look, it’s a four-letter word!

This may be honestly the first time I’ve ever noticed that… nah, probably not.  But, anyway: I’m looking at having the kids home from school for another major part of the week!  Wow! Isn’t that great!?!

all i want to do is have a couple of days so that i can clean things and maybe take a nap

    1. You don’t even have to move that far south – we benighted in the Tidewater area of Virginia don’t look to see any snow at all this year.

We might get one good snow once a year, right about this time of year. This year is looking light. Last year we had 3 snows, so who knows?

  1. Make a game of taking things to where they belong. Make a game of cleaning and get them involved.

I think there was a Disney cartoon of a ranger getting the bears to clean up the park after the tourists left.

“grab a rag and put it in the bag *bump*bump*
    it’s a lot of fun, it’s a lot of fun *bump*bump*”

    Something like that.

  2. having them shovel snow for neighbors and/or the elderly and disabled will take the edge right off of them 🙂
