But I can’t be too upset about it: the winning entry was “VENI, VIDI, VICI.” …Yeah, that was a knock-it-out-of-the-park win, there. I don’t mind losing to an entry like that. It’s pretty much perfect for a bunch of Paneuropean Ogres, after all. And it’s not even an abbreviation! Seriously, I’m disappointed in myself that I didn’t think of this one.

I look at this from the bright side: clearly we do not have to be the Bloody Clever Ones all the time. There are people out there who can take up the slack.
