But damn if I wouldn’t watch Michael Keaton tackle this role. And don’t tell me ‘Birdman.’ From what I heard, there wasn’t nearly enough near-future geriatric ass-kicking in that flick.
Dammit, now I’m pissed that there’s not going to be a live-action Batman Beyond flick.
Birdman… eh… you can skip it.
Sadly, I agree. That was one of those movies we watched because we developed a grudge towards it.
Well, you CAN skip any movie. But for my money, Birdman should not be skipped. It manages to be both an interesting experiment and an insightful commentary on the movie business…while still telling a good story.
